People realize that it's not actually Adidas or Nike that assemble the game worn uniforms right? If I'm not mistaken, those contracts go out to 3rd party vendors who basically make all the jerseys for most of the sports, and kind of stamp the logo on there.
To the people who said that Nike looks cooler, and Adidas is 10 years ago, I tend to feel the complete opposite. Nike was cool when Jordan was still playing, then turned sports apparel from something utilitarian to something to show off as a brand name no matter the actual utility of the garment.
I live in LA, and walking by the Nike store in Beverly Hills, it's more about fashion than sport. Sure, they use "athletes" as their models, but that's about as close as it gets to being about "sport." That's the main issue i have about Nike.
Oh yeah, and not to mention that Nike sees us as basically a 2nd tier school unlike some of their more profitable schools, whilst Adidas sees us as a top tier school, and consequently, pays more to the school. On top of which, Adidas doesn't try to change our uniforms to try to pimp their new product line.
Whoever mentioned Oregon's facilities... That's not Nike giving to Oregon, it's all the Nike sheeple who bought things, making Phil Knight rich, building those facilities.
Just as an aside, has anyone else noticed how when someone doesn't think highly of Adidas, the biggest insult they can think of is to spell it wrong? e.g. "Addidas?" It's about on the same level as opposing fans writing "Kiffen" Cracks me up.
