the are in the rose bowl because osu is banned. he has never won the rose bowl. he has a horrible record against top teams. and the big ten is the big east if u remove osu.

strong will own this Guy.

Yeah, OSU is banned and Penn State crashed majestically with Sandusky. Strong would own the guy...if we actually played Arkansas

he got lucky when osu psu and Michigan were down.

He just coached his team to 3 straight Rose Bowls. This year he's going back after losing 7 assistant coaches. Let me repeat, 3 STRAIGHT ROSE BOWLS.

So his 68-24 overall record was luck. Along with his 37-19 conference record and back-to-back-to-back (thats 3 in a row in case you didn't follow) conference championships.

Yes Ohio State was banned this year and the rest of the conference was down, but what about the 2 previous years? Did he not earn those?

He is infact 0-2 in the Rose Bowl, but lost those games by a combined total of 9 points.

Not a Petersen type of hire but this is a very good hire for Arkansas.

I agree....he plays hard nose football on offense and defense....dare I say....SEC style....

Also, I like your avatar.....Five Finger Death Punch is one of my favorite bands and I play them on Pandora when I'm lifting weights
