Hey guys...

You scared?

Nein...

If the US beats the teams they're supposed to beat, then two upsets gets us into the semifinals... I doubt that it will happen, but it wouldn't be the most surprising thing I've seen.

Scenario 1: Upset England and win the group. Reaching the semifinals would likely consist of beating Australia and a good but overrated French team.

Scenario 2: Finish second in the group. Reaching the semifinals would take upsets of Germany and an Argentina team coached by a cocaine addict.

So two upsets, assuming we take care of business against teams we should beat. It's not impossible.

That being said, I still expect little more than a 2nd round exit.

If the first part of scenario 1 happens, anything is possible.

England has played better with Capello. However, them screwing it up isn't completely unrealistic. Our chances would be better playing them third.

I like that we are playing them first. They have lots of injuries and the team could be slightly off to begin the campaign.

Possibly, but I still would rather play them if they've already qualified and perhaps relaxing a little bit.

I hope the discussions with Rooney being the best play lee in the world will stop after the Barcelona game today.

Playing them first with the awful kind of last few months they have had from a team chemistry standpoint is about the best we could hope for.

I doubt it would make that big of a difference. If they haven't figured it out by the time the cup starts, I doubt they will in two games after that. I'd rather play an English team that has 6 points and is trying to avoid critical injuries than one trying to get off to a good start.

What if we need a result to advance? Do you trust that this team can even beat England's second team?
If we can't get by Algeria and Slovenia, we obviously have problems. If we're in desperate need of a win, I'd rather play England's backups than their starters.

If we are in desperate need of a win, I would rather play Algeria than any of England's squads.

If we play England last, it's far less likely that we're desperate for a win going into the final game.

The only really downside would be if they were desperate for a win... Which I can't see happening.

Bayern Munich embarressed Man Utd for 89 minutes
worst ive seen united play in a very ling time...and i loved every second of it.

watched Real vs Barca on saturday.

Barcelona frustrates me

Real still has no midfield other than Xabi Alonso who was less than great

from what i could make out of the ESPN Deportes form of PTI at soccer taco last night it appears Real might be getting rid of Pellegrini

Pelligrini is more than likely out. Winning zero trophies after spending all that money looks bad in the eyes of Madrid supporters. They don't know how to build a team. They certainly know how to buy one though.

I watched. ManU played a brilliant first 44 minutes to score three goals. Then late goal for Bayern. The second half was dominated by Bayern. Nice to see.

I was in a bar full of ManU fans sitting in my Bayern Jersey. So, the outcome was so sweet.
