That's really all you can say.

I'm kind of torn on this one. On one hand, I'm glad that the Champions League trophy is back in England, but on the other, I'd honestly rather have seen Spurs in CL next year than Chelsea. Good job by Chelsea to get it done in a true road game for a final.

Another thing. That was an impressive performance by Cech in the shootout. He only managed to save 2 of the PK's, but he dove the right way on all 5. I can't ever remember seeing that happen. It was also kind of cool to see Neuer step up and take one for Bayern.

Yeah, not real sure about that. I guess you could say that as winners of the CL, Chelsea do deserve it more than Spurs do for finishing 4th in the league.

That's now the second time that an English team has won the CL and not finished top-4 in the league that same year. Too bad they amended the rules last time with Liverpool, otherwise the EPL would have had 5 teams in CL next season.

I'd hate to be the guy who has to make that call. He may truly not be the best option going forward, but that team was dead in the water in late-February, and he lead them to both an FA Cup and Champions League title. It was like a night and day difference once he took over.

Schweinsteiger is pretty clutch. Cech played great and Scweinsteiger isn't fully fit. If anyone deserves blame, it's Robben and Gomez.

I'll throw that back to you to tell me how they do deserve it. Finishing 4th? Really? Anything else "significant" they accomplished this season besides not losing bale and Modric, yet.

When you boil it all down, Chelsea is simply a better team than tottenham. And they did just win the European cup. Nuff said IMO.
