1. Predictably, I agree with the guys complaining about the white helmet with the uniforms. This old man is fine all right with a grey alternate -- as long as it's worn very occasionally -- but they should change up the helmet too.

2. Maybe it's because I haven't been sufficiently caffeined up today and am thinking slowly, but I don't follow how Brown's snapshots are a smoking gun that Nati has been jimmied. Please expound.

Alot of people point to the weak division for our record, but in games between the 4 other playoff contenders this year: ATL16-8, PIT 20-18, STL 15-19, CIN 14-22, LAD 13-11. Stat via BravesStatsGuy twitter.

Eh, maybe I don't care about the helmet. It would look better with a matching helmet, but maybe for an alternate once-in-awhile jersey it's not worth it to mess with the iconic UT helmet. I'm all right with this occasionally.

Cincy is horrible. Sucks for them they can't pad their record with the Lastros anymore.
