Would definitely be a disappointment if he ended up on the German squad. Hopefully the other German-American players can sway him our way if there is interest from Germany.

Yep. Atleast on the positive side most quoutes from his parents indicate to them really wanting him to play for the US. However, he has not had much to say on the subject

Just lined the family up and informed them all that, starting tomorrow, we are all going to be massive Everton fans, giving us all yet another opportunity to spend the rest of our lives fruitlessly cheering for a team that never wins anything. They're all thrilled.
