If you have the coin, you shell it out. Regardless of how much truth is or is not there, you pay top dollar to stay out of it

I was just about to post something like this. When you make $3 million a year, you retain the best lawyer possible the second there's even any uncertainty whether you might need one. I don't think it indicates anything either way.

Franklin's three months and five wins away from a probable shot at a really good coaching job. He can't have this crap out there gaining any sort of momentum and credibility. Even assuming he's completely innocent, he still needs to fight this stuff off, and you do that with lawyers.

Im just going by what they said on the local Nashville sports talk. It does make sense though. He wants to be protected.

One way or the other I think he parts ways with Vandy after this season.

vol2013--any feel for how AJ Burnett is going to pitch tomorrow? He's been inconsistent and I don't like him in Texas. Can't afford a big number this week (semis)

Honestly was just debating whether to start him or not tomorrow myself. I'm going with no, since I have trouble trusting him outside of PNC and Hurdle is going to give Martin either today or tomorrow of (my guess is tomorrow) and all of our starters era is significantly higher without him behind the plate.

Thanks..I was leaning strongly towards no but wanted your thoughts on it as well. Congrats on #82

Thanks, obviously felt good to get that monkey off the back, but was honestly not as big of a moment as I thought it was going to be after all these years. Focused more on the central race and finally having some October baseball at this point.
