Supposed to be really cool here tonight, too. Absolutely great day outside though.
...waiting on gwn to email me a full diet plan and workout regimen k thx
Lean meat like chicken, fish, egg whites, etc. Carbs like oatmeal or whole wheat bread. Healthy fats from natty peanut butter or almonds, etc. Lots of green veggies as well.
I shoot for roughly 2000-2200 cals if I'm trying to lean out. Maintenance cals would be around 2500 or so. I train a lot as well, though.
Go to livestrong.com, register, and use their calorie calculator and "daily plate". Its a great tool to get your cals and diet in the ballpark.

Broke out the old (Isbell days) Drive By Truckers record today Noch, ever dug any of their stuff?
That and "Decoration Day" are two classic Trucker jams. Isbell is all that is and was.
Absolutely. Those first few records when he was still involved were fantastic, after that, not so much. I guess that shouldn't be surprising to look back on now considering ever since he started coming out with solo stuff, he's proving to a damn genius. I can't even begin to count the amount of times I've listened to Southeastern at this point.
Side note: slightly different sound than you and I usually talk about but, not sure if you're familiar with them, J. Roddy Walston & the Business just put out a new album on Tuesday. Pretty damn good stuff.
Do you like stuff like this? I love it

Southeastern is one of the smoothest records in recent memories. Just a fantastic record. Truly one of the best records of 2013. Even Dale Murphy will say the same.
Dude, I love J. Roddy Walston. They take no prisoners. Straight baby making jams. Makes Scotty wanna dance.
