This is from Jeff Goodman just a week ago.

I like Rondo if he's the 2nd or 3rd best player on your team and you have a coach/superstar to keep him in check. Detroit has neither.

Solid IMO.

I love how Dumars just ignores everything. "Yeah, sure, Jeff Teague is on the market, a young point guard with a lot of skills, and somebody the Hawks haven't committed too, and yes, PG is our biggest need, but I'm gonna go ahead and just sign Josh Smith, you know the moody, low basketball IQ player even though I have two great young post players already.

Ensuring andrelton simmons gets the most plate appearances is probably the best way to manage the Atlanta braves

Andrelton has a Jblaze 2010 swing right now. He is trying to hit 20 homers and hitting .220 in the process.


I remember in spring training thinking this offense would lead the NL in homers AND stolen bases. Little did I know anyone with any kind of speed would never actually be on base for steals or hit and runs.

Id be careful about voting for freeman. If he gets in his price automatically skyrockets in contract talks.
