Alex has screwed the pooch since the WS. Should’ve signed Freddie. Period. Could’ve kept the capital and made other moves. Shouldn’t have traded Contreras. Could’ve used that capital (and saved a lot by not extending Murphy) elsewhere, these were easy decisions that he absolutely botched.

Agreed on the Murphy trade but Freddie didn't want to be a Brave and you can’t convince me otherwise.

Nah I think Alex thought he could get Olson and keep it rolling. Matt hasn’t been horrible but Freddie is still elite and no signs of slowing down
