117 career wRC+ with plus defense. That’s a very valuable player.

And lol at thinking Langeliers is better. It’s not hard to look these things up man. Willy is great.

I never said he didn’t have value. I implied that he doesn’t have trade value. Which he absolutely does not.

I’d much rather have shea’s 30 plus HRs and catching abilities/contract/demeanor than Murphy. Plus one is getting better that other is getting old.

We gave up the most, paid the most and got the absolute worst end of that trade.

He isn’t great. At all.

Having a cannon has been perceived as being great defensively, I was shocked to see some of his ratings.. I’d still take that and 30 bombs over watching TDA being our everyday guy and Freddie as my 1B
