Since Bummer gave up 3 three runs in Colorado on August 10th, Snit has used him, and I kid you not, three times (0 runs allowed) for 3.1 IP. That is 18 days.

Either AA has to talk with Snit about using him or he needs to be off the roster. Having a guy like that and using him 3 times in three weeks is a gigantic waste

Bummer is my Jimenez from last year. The numbers say he's good but I don't trust him (although I trust Jimenez now).

Bummer has a 3.16 FIP for his career. And he's at 1.87 this year. The numbers say he's outstanding but when he comes out there I'm petrified.

AA is foaming at the mouth to pay that! Besides that $12M is covered by Minter and Bummer's money coming off the books.

They need another lefty out the pen. Lee and Bummer can't be your best lefty options.
