If anything our sched may be a bit tougher than necessary, but as a season ticket holder it's perfect for me. Plenty of good challenging games and a couple of cupcakes thrown in to get Edy some pt. Let's effing GO!!

It still blows my mind how many people completely ripped the nonconference schedule when it was announced, and now it’s rated by ESPN’s Bracketology guy as the second best in the country.
It’s what negas do. Thought it was hilarious at the time. Like, let’s not wait for any strength of schedule evaluations to come out, let’s just hammer Kelly* again cause she needs to be fahr’d

This year will tell me if Harper needs to be terminated.. supposedly loaded team on offensive end ...let's see how far this will take them...it's Final Four or bust for myself..maybe I expect too much though..

I don't remember anyone "completely ripping" the nc sched at all. Darth did his Darthing and said it was one of the weakest of all time LV scheds, but that was just the usual poetic over reach. Especially as other shockingly terrible scheds came out, ours got pretty roundly praised. Maybe I slept thru the ripping.

Let's try this again:

1, On paper, this one of the weakest schedules Tennessee (a program historically known for playing the most challenging schedule possible) has ever had.

2. Looking at the new NCAA tournament seeding process, and LSU's success, weaker schedules are now the trend in college basketball which still leaves Tennessee with a relatively strong schedule compared to the rest of the nation.

Both of these statements can be true! And fans (not just me) have the right to be disappointed...

I love how you're including equally disappointed "Fans" in your argument, yet you seem to be the only one bitching and whining incessantly about this schedule. I still don't see the argument.

I mean there's a lot to critique and be disappointed in over the last many years if you choose to spend your time that way, but logically the schedule isn't on that list. It's strange to me that you seem so hell-bent on spending your time in a perpetual state of misery that you're willing to die on this hill about the schedule being disappointing and thus it's Kellie's fault somehow. I mean the obsession you have with this woman is a little frightening.

Pick your battles and stick to crying about recruiting bud. You can do better than this.

I recommend Xanax. Go in Peace :)

Maybe if you stop lying about being a fan and tell the truth you might actually get less grief. You can be disappointed all you want, they don't schedule to please Darth I can promise you that.

My only stance on this is

A. Texas ended our long standing contract
B. Uconn tried to renew but the SEC wouldn’t move conference games in Jan to accommodate (it’s coming back next szn)
C. Stanford ended our long standing contract on our home game year as well
D. Notre Lame ended our long standing contract after losing so much and is only playing us bc of the challenge (thank u ACC/SEC)

Not all on Kellie when they won’t play u and she wanted to

I dont disagree this is historically easier but as u said most of these top teams don’t want to play they want easy

Trolls are never miserable. Darth Vol (aka Elvee back on the SUmmiTT) is a Vandy fan who has seemingly devoted their life to trolling LV basketball fan boards. Elvee/Darth maybe thinks that sowing dissension among the fraction of fans who participate on Vol Nation somehow hurts the program.

I don't know. Let' just say its unique and rather inexplicable hobby.
