It's hard to choose but a 2Pac tune wood get my vote.

I'll throw out "Bomb first" but there's a lot of his stuff that I'd rank equal to it. I just like that whole production of the song, lyrically, metaphorically, and for over all delivery.

"Mo' Money, Mo' Problems"??!? Certainly better??!? Lol, okay....

There is a line between your favorite rap song and the best rap song ever. Apparently it is extremely very, very thin for some people.

Couple of my favorite songs are "Body Parts"(3 6 Mafia) or "Dead or Alive"(Camron), but I won't dare name them as the best ever...
