They've made me realize the small thread the modern world hangs on so I've gotten in even better shape, learned a lot of "prepper" stuff, and banked away valuable resources all over so that's a win I guess.

Yeah. I've actually started my DDPYoga, resistance band workouts, and more waking lately. Soon I'll start running again. Learned a long time ago I didn't need the gym to get into good shape. Just got a little lazy the past few years.
