his stats have been good but name 5 starting pitchers in the majors who can live in the majors with only a 92 MPH FB?
He throws an easy 92-94. Not like he struggles to get to that plateau.

His off speed stuff is always describe as MLB Average pitches. Not like that is a bad thing... just not the greatest.

Throw in plus control and a perfect and repeatable delivery and you have a great base to work with for a pitching prospect.

I'll take a guy with a plus fastball, plus command, and average off speed stuff over a guy like Homer Bailey with 2 plus pitches and no command what so ever any day of the week.
