Yep. That's it, except we just bought the tube and made it. We usually had the tubing mounted to some flex type poles to get a little extra. We also just held it like those pics if we needed a quick hide. we weren't launching a full 150-200 yards, but we were going up and over 3 story dorms. That get up will definitely launch a balloon. Campus life could be fun sometimes.
