Speaking of poor taste in color and cheap polyester, are you sure you aren't talking about Kim Mulkey or Muffet McGraw?
I have a feeling her least expensive suit is probably more expensive than anything hanging in your closet (or thrown on the floor as I imagine the case may likely be), and there is nothing wrong with wearing neutral colors. Neutrals are typically more professional than outrageous colors. And what the heck is wrong with her glasses?
I think you just like being obnoxious.
ivyleague, I for one hope you continue to post here. You're a constant source of entertainment for me.
Your response to 508 Mikey's opinion of Holly's game time wardrobe was
"You are a typical, clueless man. If a woman doesn't dress to please you, you try to find a way to devalue her." I would have agreed with you, if you had stopped there, but no, you just couldn't help yourself. In the very next post, you spewed this out,
"Speaking of poor taste in color and cheap polyester, are you sure you aren't talking about Kim Mulkey or Muffet McGraw?" So, in virtually the same breath, you admonish 508 Mikey for his description of Holly's clothes then attribute that same look to Mulkey and McGraw ! You can't make this stuff up, too funny.
Keep up the good work.
I was searching for some information about WCBB on the internet the other day when I stumbled upon a forum where they were having an interesting discussion about one "ivyleague" The general consensus was that "ivy" was a new breed of troll. I should add that it was said with much admiration and even jealousy that they didn't think of it first.
Here's the scenario. When a team (in this case Tennessee) is underperforming, said poster goes on that team's board and proclaims that everything is alright. That the team only needs more playing time together and those criticising the head coach are just knee jerk alarmists. That the head coach is undoubtedly capable of taking the team to the promised land. Then the real fun begins.
After establishing seemingly unquestionable fan status, said poster begins to denigrate not only the fan base, but
the very University itself ! Said poster describes the team's fans as slobs, rednecks and idiots living in their mother's basement. Said poster is too embarrassed to be associated with the University to wear the team's gear in public outside of Knoxville. Said poster does this freely (with a few exceptions) and repeatedly.
If this is really what's happening (ivy being a troll), it's sheer brilliancy and I stand in awe. If it's not, I withdraw my admiration but beg you to keep posting. I find your posts to be the most "interesting" ones on this forum.
