The drive plus the three point attempt by Tyler Smith...

So did you watch the basketball season or just Friday's game? Because Chism is the only guy all season you could say gave a damn. He's hit more big shots and kept us in a many of games (even with the lack of respect from media, officials, and apparently fans all season).

yes i have, and i've also seen him shoot us out of several games in key moments this year as well (i.e. Kansas). I just believe that next year he needs to be way more inside oriented than he was this year.

In several games, including against OSU, he fell in love with the 3 ball WAY too much. I mean he could've scored 30 against OSU on the block alone if he wanted too. They could not match up with him yet he just trolled around above the 3 point line.

I mean when you have more 3 point attempts than rebounds as a 5, somethings wrong. That's just my 2 cents on it

Wayne knows his best shot at the next level is
An outside game is why he keeps shooting,
Plus it is clear he doesn't like contact.
Cbp said after the game they practice
The play they ran at the end of the game every day and tyler hits it consistently.
He also said there is no one on the team he would rather have
Take the last shot.......

What "play" is that? Run down the floor and jack a 3?

It's a joke that this collection of below-average shooters decided to jack up 30+ three pointers today. That's just ridiculous.

I just thought it was good sportsmanship on behalf of CBP. They had a couple of their best players in foul trouble. He didn’t want to drive the lane or play inside and risk them fouling out of the game.

"Fire" and "Bruce Pearl" in the same sentence is about the dumbest thing I've heard in years.

Nice that I can laugh about that now, because I was storming around the office saying the same thing on Friday. NOT ONLY did we have the decided size advantage, but they were in foul trouble. Now, I'm no basketball wizard, but it seems like that's a pretty good combination if you want to go inside on a team. I would have come out in the second half and gone straight to the paint, on every possession.

Oh well, I'm moving on. Anyone else ready for Spring, warm weather, and lake season?

I just posted what the man said

Too bad they didn't practice that "don't leave the lane wide open for Eaton" play, that might have been nice.

Oh and before any of you start your crap with me, I blame everyone involved in that game, coaches and players. Hands down, the most retarded bit of defense I've seen in UT's postseason, and that's saying something.

Yeah, because someone totally said "we should fire Bruce Pearl" in this thread. Some of you guys are just flat out silly.
