Skrillex is absolutely blowing up. I hear it blaring from every other car in Old Town on a Friday or Saturday night.

I don't see the merit of dubstep. But then again not everybody likes my bluegrass either.

Plenty for those who are rhythmically inclined rather than melodically, generally speaking. Most of the dubstep that's made its way into the mainstream is worthless, but the underground stuff that originated in London is solid.

I could say bluegrass and country are worthless if all I had to judge it by was mainstream stuff over the last ten or so years, but I know better, that stuff is really just top 40 with skirts, hats, violins and mandolins masquerading as country music. i.e. Band Perry, Lady Antebellum, Taylor Swift, Blake Shelton, Keith Urban, etc etc

I really dig the live shows, but I absolutely cannot drive, jog, or make lerve to it.

Strange because I love trip hop, trance, and dub reggae.

Just gotta have a decent sound system or pair of earbuds...

Wicked headphones are pretty cheap and pretty good if anybody is looking for an inexpensive but good home listening experience. Got some Earjax Tonic earbuds for the gym and those are pretty legit.
