Yeah we’ve already had 3 games postponed due to weather unfortunately. Pretty sad that we’ve played the least games and had the most impactful injuries. All of them non contact injuries too. I guess we were bound to have this type of season after several of our guys practically played the entire schedule last year.

That was one thing about Dusty that drove most Houston fans bat 💩 cray cray was his adherence to scheduled days off.

Yeah I like the way he handled himself. Only made one bad pitch and it ended up in the outfield seats unfortunately. He will learn though. Like you said, the jump from AA to MLB is huge. Pretty similar to a high school kid starting as a freshman in the SEC. Doesn’t happen a whole lot.

I wouldn’t really have an issue with it but there are still over 25% of the stats missing from those leagues so how do we really know anyone’s true average, percentages, ERA, etc.? They didn’t keep track of everything like they did in the other leagues. For me personally, the best thing that comes of it is that Barry Bonds has been knocked down a peg. That’s always a good thing.
