Dude the Braves won the World Series without one of the best players in the game and had a bunch of cast offs against the team the Phillies couldn’t beat. AND, the freaking Nationals won the moment his butt left! All I hear from Harper and LeBron fans is excuses excuses excuses. Straight up facts and you know it.

I don’t care about team wins…I follow players. The greats end up in Cooperstown rings or not. Hopefully Harper will get his…he will have 4-5 more solid chances I would think. We aren’t talking about a Mike Trout situation here.

You never know when Father Time will strike in sports. Everyone thought Pujols was going to keep being Pujols whenever he went to LA. Look how that turned out. He’s already been in the league 13 years now and on the back 9. Won’t be long before we start to see that decline in production.

Pujols…you are talking the best hitter in the last 25 years….Lol….Harper will play 8-9 more years…he doesn’t have to do anything…he already has the hard work and the two MVPs done

Because the whole reason they moved the Astros to the AL was to create balance. Why would they bring in 2 teams and create unbalanced divisions once again?

Guarantee you all those guys in Cooperstown without a World Series wished they had one. Yeah it’s an heck of an accomplishment to be in the HOF with the other greats but to be known as a world champion, that’s something we all dreamed of growing up. Doesn’t matter what was your favorite sport. Nobody dreams of becoming a HOF. They dream of being in the World Series Game 7, bases loaded, down by 3 and hit a game winning grand slam. They dream of being in the NBA Finals Game 7, down 2 and hit a 3 at the buzzer. They dream of being in the Super Bowl, down by 6, 90 yards to go, 2 minutes left in the game, throwing a game winning touchdown. You can have all the individual awards in the world in sports but if you become a world champion that is the most special achievement in sports.
