I'm sure the translation is that the seller saw higher prices and thought they were missing out, and it's not like the price I paid was that cheap. I'm surprised that Vivid allows them to cancel the sale for such a flimsy reason. Had a similar experience with Stubhub during super regionals two years ago.

It is my second time here, the first being 25 years ago with my girlfriend (now wife.) Brought an 18 yo, a 16yo and a 15 yo this time.

It is my favorite ML Ballpark that I have been to. History, character, knowledgeable fans, fun, clean (for a big city); I’m a country boy, but I love Fenway.

Yeah, I was dismayed, gave them hell, and for once, took a moment to complete a customer service. They did give me a credit toward future order beyond the refund, but was a mere pittance.

Yeah, never been a scalper guy. Especially for a popular event such as this one, I'd hate to drag the kids over and get their hopes up only to find that tickets are gone, unreasonable, or worse get scammed. I'm willing to pay a bit for peace of mind, because otherwise I'd be paranoid.

Haven’t seen many people selling full series passes. Seated tickets seem to be starting around $175-250 after fees. That is less than 2 years ago, but not by a large amount. Game 1 generally seems cheaper, because of the weird time and since game 2 is always higher due to the potential of clinching. SRO seems to be not much cheaper than seats in my experience. My strategy is based on tenacity, constantly reloading and waiting for the magical offer to appear. It helps that I work in front of a computer most of the time.

I’ll note that we went to every regional game in 21 and 22, but have had a lot of trouble with supers. We had tix to game 3 against LSU in 21, but it wasn’t played. We had a rollercoaster of chaos for the 22 supers, which ended in sadness. So, we skipped regionals this year and are hell bent on supers.

Got lucky and was able to get tickets for both super regional games against LSU in 21..this past Friday was first time inside LNS since. We have been to Hoover and every away Kentucky series though. I believe the last Kentucky away series that I at least did not attend one game was 2017. If we make it to the championship series in Omaha…we will be there. I will not miss a chance to watch that.
