Doan’s pills 💊 are primarily Magnsium. 600 mg. I take a 500 mg tablet daily as a supplement. What my body doesn’t use gets peed away. Very few aches or pains.

My wife buys all natural stuff, trust me...if not for her, I’d either weigh 500 lbs or already be in the grave.
Or both.

I try to avoid pain medication as a general principle. There was a day, when I physically worked, that flexeril was my friend. Muscle relaxer that knocked it out. It got so bad once while I was relocating from Louisiana to Texas, I stopped in Beaumont at an emergency room. Once they confirmed I wasn’t an addict, they gave me a shot of Demerol. That **** 💩 worked…pretty damn good. 👍
