I would like to see Nico score today:

With a very long bomb in the first quarter.
With a quarterback keeper if defense is cheating.
With a touch pass.

I think Tennessee is capable of having a balanced attack as well as balancing offense and defense.

Gators really shouldn't pose much of a problem today and that the only thing in the way off Tennessee doing well, is Tennessee.

Gators just happen to be the opponent and not given any credit for the past because they aren't an opponent that is worthy of much more regard than that.

They shouldn't be taken lightly and UT should be able to dispose of them without a ton of drama or tension on behalf of UT fans.

THAT'S what I'd like to see happen this early evening.

I would like to see a 45-14 shellacking but I know we will struggle to score 20 points.

@MAD sorry about having your season end in heartbreak but you have a great pitcher and a team full of heart coming back next year. You had a team that had no business even thinking about the playoffs and were sellers at the trade deadline and turned into one of the best teams in the majors by season’s end. I think there are some very bright years ahead for the Tigers.

Thanks buddy, I know you don’t say it just to say it. I take your word for it. Means a lot.

I hate Texas and I can’t even begin to tell you how pissed I’m going to be, to see them come into our league and win it in year one.
🤬
As an SEC fan, this would tick me off quite a bit too. I think it's improbable and that SEC is rough enough that the current Texas team will slowly fall apart as the season wears on and they play more SEC games.

To me, and PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong, SEC football success absolute requires more depth than other conferences. WHO is on the bench behind the starters actually matters more compared to every other conference and that teams play even though they are physical hurt, but not injured and that there are a couple of key players that don't finish the season.

Said another way, SEC as a conference hit harder than other conferences. Ohio state hits as hard as SEC teams do, but their conference, as a whole, does not. That's the hard to measure thing when comparing conferences and I don't think Texas will weather the regular season very well.

I'm excited about tonight because there will be 3-4 games to keep an eye on in addition to UT that start around 7PM:

Ohio at Oregon
Miss at LSU

I'm also interested in Syracuse at NCST, but that's an 8 PM game.

GT beat UNC, but it's not like either team is anywhere near the level of the games I just mentioned.
