I know John Ward was the voice of the Vols and was an icon but why doesn't anyone ever mention Lindsey Nelson and what he accomplished in life. The man was born and raised in Tennessee and was a Tennessee Alum. Is it because he went out and done National broadcasting, is that why he is overlooked by Vols fans?

I think so.
I feel like most Tennessee fans, have never even heard a Lindsey Nelson broadcast.
It’s sad but a long time Mets fan or Notre Dame fan, could probably tell you more about LN than a Tennessee fan.
He called the Cotton bowl for like 30 years too, right?
Without him, the Vol network probably wouldn’t be what it is today.

Yes, I remember watching the Cotton Bowl every New Year's Day. Hello this is Lindsey Nelson was how the broadcast began.

BTW: thanks for posting that video, I never knew Lindsey was inducted in the Mets HOF good stuff.

And YES I know the baseball stadium is named after Lindsey.

Ryan McGhee is talked about by being a Tennessee Alum also but I believe Wojo is the best insider Sports has ever seen. We all do know Wojo is a Tennessee Alum right?

Have a productive and great work week.

Well it’s not a surprise that the Ravens flew high to outplay the Buccaneers because Jackson was able to throw the long passes even with Henry being contained by the Buccaneers Defense for more than 32 regulated game minutes until he had the dynamite long runs in the 3rd quarter and 4th quarter which not surprising because Ravens did make the Buccaneers defense tired.

The Cardinals defeating the Chargers in a low scoring game wasn’t a surprise because it was in Arizona, and the Cardinals need to win more than 7 of their remaining games to have any realistic chance of competing for a Wild Card spot.

It’s my 39th Birthday today.
I can relax on it because I resume working at Texas Roadhouse In Wednesday which is middle of weekdays.

My plans are see the Christmas Horror Slasher sequel Terrifier 3 which does looks badass, and dark.

Eat a sports themed restaurant while watching NHL games.
I might go to Rosati’s Pizzeria because it’s a Chicago themed deep dish pizzeria, and the deep dish pizza does stand out as unique for delicious taste even though looks similar to Lou Malnati’s and Giordano’s.
