I/we had it on very low volume and mostly ignored it while washing/soaking vegetables for my low effort version of chicken soup that my roommates like to tease me about because I don't cut up anything. Whole chicken breasts and thighs, whole onions, whole Vidalia onions, celery, carrots etc.Like I said earlier, I turned the game off & didn't go back to that train wreck.
Butchers (Kroger or Publix) are happy to cut up leg bones for free, shrink wrap it and charge $0.00/lbBone broth? You buy that at the store or use a bone of your own?

Usually they don't get asked to have them cut up and will give them to people to give to their dogs. So effectively I'm eating free dog food.
My dad made it for us. It's supposed to be good for us and I actually feel like it is. That may be ... the power of suggestion or something, but I really like it. Sometimes my dad would spread the bone marrow on bread and I'd eat that. It had the consistency of jelly.
Just messing w/ya. I know about the bone broth & the other things. That was my friends until they tried it. After that they'd ask my dad to save them some and give them a heads up when he was making it. They were absolutely sure it made their muscles feel better after a workout and thought it was my secret super power.
