How did that Wyoming game look and why did he need 19 carries? And why did he need 30+ carries vs teams like Hawaii, UNLV, San Diego State, Nevada, and San Jose State? If Sampson were getting that type of work against awful teams he would have those numbers too.

Y’all can have Jeanty. Sampson will be the better pro and be the steal of the draft. Him playing against SEC competition has better prepared him for his future and NFL teams are going to be looking at him like NBA teams are looking at Knecht: “why the hell did we pass on this guy???”

Just like Zach Eddy was hyped from 1st tip to win Wooden Award in college basketball last season. Jeanty was hyped all preseason as best RB coming back. The media rides narratives like a worn out mule.

I swear these awards seem to irritate fans worse than the players. Peyton set records in NFL with so many League MVP's plus two Super Bowl Rings. You think he gives a rats ass about losing the Heisman trophy to Charles Woodson?

I think if you asked Peyton privately he would tell you it irks him. He’s a competitor at the highest level. He gets upset over losing a game of checkers. Hell yeah he’s upset he didn’t win the Heisman.

I’d rather the Cowboys be seen in a championship game but I don’t think that will ever happen again. If these idiots did their jobs properly then I wouldn’t rant about it.
