De'Vondre Campbell 'didn't want to play anymore'.
I actually feel bad for him because I'm going to guess he'll get massive public criticism etc, but if you think about it he went from loving football some number of years ago to walking away from the game in the middle of the game.
I'm sure that wasn't something he ever dreamed of doing not so long ago and is dealing with a significant mental issue that could lead to him being homeless or dead pretty quickly.
I'm curious to see how the players association deals with this. Do they try to help him or are they more of the mindset, "Good. Get out. Go away."
IDK, maybe he had a few concussions that led to his quitting?
