We are apparently portal “recruiting over” all of those guys except Matthews, who is apparently keeping his options open, since he doesn’t know who and how many we will bring in. The media ran with this same clickbaiting “scare tactic” and misrepresentation last year when we successfully upgraded our defensive backs. That was a huge success.

Mathew’s is in the portal currently. The rules state that he can still come back, but I can’t imagine why he would. What ever motivated him to enter in the first place has not changed.
