Sorry for the slow response(s). I was getting ready for class and in class now.

NGL, my mind keeps drifting towards lunch and lunch time with my friends from my kids at the dorm I used to live in because I'll be having lunch in the cafeteria today, but you've planted the seed of having a sammich, which might be what I'll have for dinner or will be the snack I/we have before dinner.

I love a good sammich and today I'm kind of craving a chicken sandwich with lettuce and BBQ sauce on sourdough bread. I also want some toast with butter or ghee on it..... and maybe some some kind of soup......
