The Women work just as hard as the men do in sports for this University. It's not their fault there's a bunch of "sexist" fans that could careless about their product. Not saying you're one of them but we both know these individuals exist.. the arena should be jammed packed everytime the Lady Vols or Vols basketball team steps on the floor, sadly it isn't. Going from forum to forum truthfully their are individuals who wouldn't care about baseball at Tennessee if they weren't winning like they are now.

I probably know more about the history of Vols baseball then some Alumni and thats sad.. rant over..🧐

The Lady Vols basketball team is a separate issue. The arena was always packed whenever Pat coached and then the program took a downturn so fans stopped coming. But now the program is on an uptick so fans will and are coming back. There are clearly supporters for baseball or else they wouldn’t be expanding the stadium. I think some care about the softball program but it’s nowhere near the support of the LV basketball program. Maybe if they had won a couple of national championships it would be different. Who knows. As for the other sports, I hate to say it and be so blunt about it but the majority of people just don’t care about those sports. Football and basketball are always going to reign supreme for most fans out there. You can’t make people like the other sports. They have to like it for themselves.

Fans are supporting Baseball now. What about the Todd Raleigh era and Dave Serrano era. Crickets because they lost most of the time... Anyway doesn't matter Donald Hump is going cut all DOE out and that includes Title 9 so woo hoo...

The majority of sports are like that. Win and fans will show up. Lose and fans disappear. Livvy Dunne makes more money than almost all the men out there and she’s a gymnast. Where is Title IX on that?

Well I support my teams whether they are horrible or are winning. I watched the 15 years of misery in football and still was watching every Saturday. I watched when Vols basketball had those horrible seasons in the early 90's and early 2000's . I watch softball and enjoy it as much as football. The Vols Tennis teams are really good now and some in past .

LSU pumps money into their gymnastics program. Tennessee has a women's rowing team. BTW how did they do last year?
