Men’s team is also ranked 6th in KenPom, almost a full 2 rating points ahead of 7th rated Kansas and more than 2 rating points ahead of 8th rated Alabama.

For reference, we are less than 1.5 rating points behind 4th rated Iowa State. So we are closer to being the last 1 seed than we are the last 2 seed.

No doubt in my mind that we could easily be in the title game if we had been placed in the other bracket.

I haven’t seen any team (except OSU) in the entire playoff field of 12 that we couldn’t beat. Too many people overreacted ranting that we were no good. It’s just not true.
