I would place the Steelers first because they completed the six wins over three separate decades and appearances over 4 decades with a better win percentage than the Patriots.

Agreed, Steelers are the gold standard for professional sports franchises. Very rarely do they have down periods throughout their history.

Just as @fryeguy93 made a solid case for the Steelers.
I would place the Lions first in front of all the other teams that have never won a Super Bowl for two reasons.

1) Lions already have 4 World Championships which technically is a Super Bowl.
2) Lions have never lost a Super Bowl.

Just as @fryeguy93 made a solid case for the Steelers.
I would place the Lions first in front of all the other teams that have never won a Super Bowl for two reasons.

1) Lions already have 4 World Championships which technically is a Super Bowl.
2) Lions have never lost a Super Bowl.

I would put the Bills at the top of all those franchises. Even though they didn’t win, 4 consecutive Super Bowl appearances is mighty impressive. The only franchise to ever do so.
