Just got back from venturing out to find some grub for lunch.
Never seen so many morons out driving like its Spring Break.

When my friends and parents have errands to run, we call it "being out with the stupids" because people don't have the common sense to actually look in the direction they are going or keep their foot on the break at a red light. haha

Now I have a few little hole in the wall dive bars that will stay very steady all year long.
You’d be surprised how much beer some of these little bars go through in a week.
They are my bread and butter.
Mostly just good people, older people, who just like to hang out at the bar, drink beer, smoke cigarettes and BS with everyone.

A lot of people look down on those places, because they are not the new, flashy bar or restaurant.
Those are the people that are loyal customers to you and I like to interact with them.
The VFWs are some of my favorite accounts.
People forget about our veterans and I like to show them appreciation. You’d be surprised how happy a simple beer shirt or even a koozie will make them.
What you see is what you get with me. I like to treat people with respect and don’t judge people on anything other than how they treat me.

I knew there was a reason I liked you! Great way to live and treat people!

When I was a teenager my cousin and I went to VFW and drank quite often. We knew the Owner I loved that place had 3 pool tables and smoke boiling from cigarettes... Many quarters I put in that old jukebox.good times.... BTW it was Newport and in the 80's no ID required...

Are VFWs open to the public? Would be fun to hear some stories and buy a Veteran a cold one or two but didn’t know that was possible.

Some are public but it's best to know a member. Members can take guest into the establishment . Guest have to sign in..
