I’m not saying they did.
I was stating reasons why Ohio State was most likely to prevail tonight.

A main reason why Washington was able to defeat Oregon twice last season was because they had a brigade of great WRs for Penix to throw to.
OS prevailed tonight bc they were men making their assignments work better.
Our DBs couldn't cover a wagon w/a blue tarp if it was in their hands.
How embarrassing Coach Heupel must feel putting a team out there to play the big boys.

I don't think Vols fans give a rat's ass about what OS needed tonight.
We didn't look at all like the team that beat Alabama & Florida this year.
We looked more like a sissy team with a 10-2 record that didn't belong there..
It was a terrible time to suck at football. We're a basketball school now.

Again I was stating reasons why the Vols didn’t prevail tonight, never implied Vols fans gave a damn what the Buckeyes needed tonight.

Also, thanks Al Michaels for telling me reasons I already know why they didn’t win tonight.

Welp that was about as pathetic a showing I have witnessed. OL coach Glen Elarbee and Secondary coach Willie Martinez need to go. Not today, not tomorrow, but yesterday. Those are the two position groups that have serious issues. They look lost on a weekly basis.
Even. Though it was an @$$ whipping I don't consider getting beat down by the eventual National Champions as a bad thing. Just shows how much Tennessee still needs to improve.

Also if this game would've been at Knoxville, I will say OSU still wins but not in a blowout, maybe by 10 points.

Doubtful that jinxed the Vols.

The Buckeyes needing to rebound after that embarrassing loss to a just ok Michigan team, and the Vols not having the deep threat WRs like they had in the 2022 season proved to be a glaring flaw tonight.
Buckeyes circled the wagons and rallied around their Coach. Ridiculous that Day was even mentioned to be on the hot seat as he’s the 2nd best coach next to Kirby in college football. (Painful to say…). I think our huge crowd and their pregame tailgate in the gym being 1/2 full really fired OSU up.

Way to support! How were you treated by OSU fans?
We were treated good but I try and go out of my way to be friendly to them. We did have one group of young adults that had a sign degrading Tennessee women but, they had spelled Tennessee wrong so, the laugh was on them.😂
