Just reminiscing on great basketball. Everyone now just wants to shoot threes and get paid. Back then they used to have to earn their paycheck and they all played as hard as they could. Larry’s last years of NBA were my first few years of living so I never actually got to watch him play. But he is always someone I wished I could have seen play. - The 31-point win (89-58) marked the largest margin of victory by Texas in a road conference game since a 31-point victory (83-52) at Texas Tech on Jan. 11, 2011.
- The Longhorns converted 56.3-percent (36-64) from the floor, including a 47.6-percent mark (10-21) from three-point range, on the night.
