Here lately, I have been afflicted with The FaceBook Factor. This is a condition where one engages in constant checks for new posts, likes and dislikes.

Over the last several months, I find myself getting to work and checking VolNation (8-10 times daily) for any positive news on a new coach, only to be disappointed.

I find myself getting up at 4:30 a.m. and checking VolNation for news of a new coach, only to be disappointed.

This is an addictive disordered that results in anxiety, nervousness, lack of sleep and a general feeling of helplessness.

Am I the only one?

Closed my FB account over a year ago. Don't miss it. But I'm definitely a VN junkie. I'm worse than you.

No you are not. It is a disease and the only cure is a good coach.

My problem was all of the drama constantly and everyone checking in at every restaurant they ate at.. I mean who cares where you're eating? Unless you're bringing me some GTFO :) Still dont have Twitter but thinking about getting an account for this fiasco

Are you reading the comments on the Facebook stories? We’re a laughing stock, especially with the gruden stuff. I shouldn’t let it bother me, but dang it ticks me off. Sadly, I can’t even comment because it’s mostly right.

Employers across TN are hoping for this mess to be done with. Worker productivity gone to hell in a hand basket.

Not just TN. I’m in DC and my boss is tired of hearing my hourly updates of why The Haslam family is a skid mark in Tennesseee.

With facebook, Twitter, and volnation I don’t even have time for Hannity no more. The debacle since Georgia, I haven’t even seen an episode of Hannity any more. I staying up late to get my work caught up at night, but still on here...lol! This is giving me a headache. I’m here for the duration, and no work is going to stop me.
