The Firestorm thread. Undeniably the greatest

I was in the Council Bluffs Hooters watching Tennessee upset number 1 Alabama.
1 terrific signature win for the Orange Volunteers in Rocky Top.

That’s why I’m not unhappy that my Bulls lost a close winnable game to the Pacers.

Also Washington has a chance to make noise tonight if they can defeat Oregon in Seattle.
Most likely Washington won’t be in the 2023 March Madness Tournament so I’ll be very happy if finish strong in what has been a disappointing season since they have lost multiple games vs great teams including vs USC in a game they lead in the 2nd half , at Arizona a game they couldn’t defend the lead on the 2nd half, and getting outplayed by Arizona in Seattle.
They are a team that hasn’t had much consistency even with a Good Head Coach, and talented players which is why this season can be called disappointing because they are capable of being a better team that has more wins.

I’m pretty happy I heard Arms Wide Open by Creed at the Council Bluffs Hooters because that is a band I enjoy.

I’m not unhappy the Maple Leafs defeated my Blackhawks in Toronto because the Blackhawks most likely will get a top draft pick since they’ll finish as a bottom 5 team in the NHL.
Also because the Stars, Flames, and Avalanche are all prospering as winning teams.

My work day at Texas Roadhouse

Some generous bought a box that has a high amount of sugar heart cookies
I ate multiple sugar heart cookies.

Also I’m pretty happy the NorthEastern Huskies defeated the Harvard Crimson in a College Hockey championship game.

Shown is me holding a cooking item that is the closest item that resembles Thor’s mythical hammer.

I have to work tonight, and I’ll be representing I’m a Volunteers Baseball fan by wearing this terrific New Era Volunteers hat.

The American Activewear Hoodie is a premium Hoodie including American Eagle
written on both sleeves, easy to move my arms because similar fit as Hockey Jerseys, AE logo visible on the front, and has 2 main colors black and might be maroon or some other dark shade of red.

The Volunteers Men’s Baseball team vs the Arizona Wildcats wore a Nike Volunteers Hat that is mostly the same as my Volunteers New Era Hat except no Checker boards in the state Tennessee on the back.

I see the Volunteers lost an entertaining close game 3-1 to the Wildcats because the Wildcats played great defense since the Volunteers couldn’t execute critical hits needed to score more runs.
The Volunteers can still win 2 of 3 for College Baseball opening weekend so I’m not going to panic or be pessimistic after that disappointing result in the 1st game.

Also I see it was a better night for my Blackhawks because they did defeat the Senators 4-3 in Overtime.
A feel great win for my Blackhawks because most likely they’ll finish as a last place team, or above the awful Coyotes.

I’m pretty damn happy the Huskies defeated the Ducks in Overtime. Most likely they won’t be in the 2023 March Madness Tournament so this was their feel great signature win this season.

Terrific to see the Volunteers outplayed the juggernaut Crimson Tide by defeating them in Rocky Top including held them under 60 points which is a high bar achievement.

Today is the 1st time I’m wearing this amazing Spider Man t-shirt I bought at a Las Vegas Champs store, and 2 Spider Man themed colored items.

I’m hopeful the Volunteers baseball team won’t disappoint me tonight after watching the Men’s Volunteers basketball team get outplayed by the Wildcats in Kentucky.

I’ll be posting my great drawings this month of Batman Beyond, and Gambit using a pose th from the terrific X-Men animated series.)
I recall these were drawn by men when I was a student at Metro Community College.

2005/-2009
These are years I was a student at Metro Community College.

Here is a completely original great outfit created by me.
The Seeker taper black pants that are from Buckle. A style pants that Blade the Vampire Hunter would wear because the black pants look great, and it’s easy to move my legs the same as Track Pants and other athletic pants.

A Black Henley made GoodFellow which I bought at Super Target.
This is the closest black long sleeve shirt that I see equal to what the badass action antihero protagonist Cobra wears in the great Action movie (1986) Cobra.
It has a badass snake which I enjoy because snakes are badass animals that are not evil.
Snakes will only attack a human if provoked, or threatened.

Snakes have no arms, legs except they’ve still prospered as predators to survive so that’s what makes them admirable, also because they are a successful rodent control since the rodents population is not a flaw for humans because snakes eat rats, and other rodents.

A flashy Affliction t-shirt that shows a badass snake, and 3 philosophical sayings.
No reason to be unhappy about stating We Will Fall meaning another way of saying we will fail.
We Will Rise which we can do by finding a way to prosper after failures.

We Will Greet The Challenge
A challenge is an opportunity for a human to prove tenacity, and show he or she has the ability to prosper because not giving up when faced with the adversity of a challenge.
Excellence and greatness was not achieved without struggle including challenges which is a visible form of adversity.

2023 College Baseball Season
I’m not panicking that the Volunteers 1-2 are going to have a terrible regular season because they did win a critical game 3 to avoid getting swept, and because 1 terrible weekend of losing a series is ridiculous to use as the gospel for what a Baseball team is.

The Volunteers can still have a great regular season even though they won’t have an auspicious 1st 3 games since they begin the regular season 1-2 not 2-1, or the best result 3-0.

The Washington Huskies did prosper winning the 1st game Vs the Santa Clara Broncos except they lost a double header on Sunday to the resilient Broncos.
I don’t expect the Washington Huskies in year 1 of the Jason Kelly system to be a Bigshot team that makes the Super Regionals or plays in the 2023 College World Series, however they do have the ingredients to be a winning team in the 2023 Regular Season.

That’s my realistic expectation for a Huskies baseball team that can achieve a prosperous winning season.

It would take me 2 hours and 22 minutes to drive to AdventureLand Park in Iowa. That’s the reliable information I got from Google Maps.
I’m very surprised no rivals of google haven’t decided to create a similar navigation system except added benefits a person would need a paid membership monthly, or yearly which would cost more cash.

I’ll be going to AdventureLand in 2023 when it’s opened which might be late May likely Memorial Day because if I recall right Fun Plex a terrific local Water Park opens Memorial Day.

@YankeeVol
I’ll be very happy to meet you in Nashville this year.
Me and my mother will be visiting Nashville to see a Titans home game as usual.

That begun in 2016 so I’ve seen more than 3 Titans regular season home games.

I’ve seen them play the Chiefs in Kansas City twice.

2007
In the Vince Young era they did win this must win game vs a beatable Chiefs team. This was a very cold day in Kansas City except I wasn’t experiencing any challenges for my body.

2014
This was the season the Titans were an entertaining worst team in the NFL.

That’s why I’m very damn happy I did see them look like a Solid great team Week 1 since they gave an entertaining great performance to defeat a good Chiefs team in the prosperous Alex Smith era.
This is the only game I saw the Titans play in the Jake Locker era, and undeniably it was 1 of his best games that he started for the Titans.

While he didn’t have the long prosperous career that the great Colts QB Andrew Luck had mostly because of that whole injury flaw, I’m still very happy he was the Titans QB mainly because he’s a genuine good man, and was usually reliable giving the Titans a good chance of winning football games.
Also undeniably he did have great running speed, and he showed he is a good thrower in the NFL.

I finished watching Young Guns on DVD yesterday.
The movies I’ll be writing spoiler free reviews are Young Guns, and a great family comedy movie (1987) Adventures in Babysitting that lives up to its literal name in a movie that was filmed in Chicago, and set In Chicago

I’m very happy the Blackhawks defeated the Golden Knights 3-2 because the Volunteers got slightly outplayed by an Aggies team that made more critical plays to win a thrilling competitive game.
My realistic optimistic expectation is the Blackhawks finish with more wins than the Coyotes, and possibly the Blue Jackets.
The Blackhawks in 2023 have prospered as a team mainly playing for pride, and for their damn loyal fans.

The Blackhawks most likely will still get a great draft pick even if they aren’t the worst team in the 2022-2023 NHL Season.

This is the terrific Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) flying avatar with green light constructs of Fighter Jets shown behind him, 1 fighter Jet below him.
This fits because Hal Jordan is an Aircraft Pilot.

I’m pretty damn happy my Blackhawks outplayed my Stars since they scored 4 consecutive goals to defeat the Stars 4-3 in Dallas, and while the Stars scored a tying goal it didn’t count because the goal was scored after the clock expired.

Most fitting the Blackhawks would need to score 4 goals to win 4 consecutive games which happened in Dallas.
My Stars have been struggling for more than 9 games, however I’m confident they’ll get out of the slump to avoid a chokejob of missing the Playoffs because the Flames, and multiple other teams have realistic chances of making the NHL Playoffs.

The Coyotes showed why they are an embarrassment because they blew a 3-1 lead to my Flames in Arizona since the Flames offense was an onslaught because they defeated the Coyotes 6-3.

I’m very happy MLS begins soon mainly because the Chicago Fire might prosper with a winning season, and return to the MLS Playoffs.

A fact about me.

I’m mostly Irish, and German.
I’m proud to be mostly Irish mainly because the Irish-Celtic music is a great music genre I enjoy.
A Irish Bar is going to be lively so it will be enjoyable and entertaining being in a Irish bar whether in the USA or Ireland.
Also because Ireland does have stunning landscapes much like the great Northern State Alaska, and 1 of the most badass movie hero protagonists is Robocop aka Alex Murphy an Irish Catholic man that worked as a Detroit Cop, then becomes a futuristic Cyborg Cop known as Robocop after getting murdered by Clarence and his vicious brigade.
Robocop still has the humanity of Alex Murphy because he was resurrected, still has memories of his human life, and he still has the ability to experience emotions the same as he did when he was a mortal man.

I’ll post why I’m proud to be mostly German in a post later today.

Movie Reviews

Young Guns
10/10
A very entertaining great Western Action movie about Billy the Kid and the regulators that have to defeat the ruthless foe Murphy and his brigade.
This Western Action movie remains realistic because Billy and the other characters are shown reloading the guns they are using, scenes show characters experiencing physical pain after being shot in non-fatal areas so this movie is consistent with realistic mortality.
This movie has likable distinguishable protagonists, a great main antagonist, other entertaining antagonists, romance that is not shoehorned in, great original movie soundtrack, highly entertaining action scenes, terrific clothes that fit the 1870's Wild West era, high stakes, a conflict with no easy solution, drama, great climax, and a solid open ending.

Also, the movie remains very realistic because the protagonists need to think of a great strategy to win in the high-stakes climax since the number of antagonists is higher than the 6 regulators.
I do greatly enjoy that this movie just showed Chavez as a great knife thrower instead of telling the audience becuase the rule is show don't tell, also I do enjoy Chavez throwing knives was not under shown.
The 6 regulators are all shown to be competent protagonists, the antagonists are not foes that are quickly defeated so I'm not bored watching the action scenes, etc.
The movie has an open ending that satisfied me, the high stakes climax has drama and a high amount of action, and also a resolution that greatly satisfied me. Like Death Wish, (2004) The Punisher, The Crow, (1987) Robocop the movie does a great job showing why the 6 regulators want violent revenge which they can achieve by killing Murphy.

Billy, the kid uses a unforgettable 1 liner which is said in the climax.
The movie has a terrific chase scene with Horses being used, the music fits the scenes, good dialogue, memorable lines, characters consistently acting realistic, and locations that are convincing for a Wild West movie that takes place in the 1870's.

Murphy is a charismatic entertaining main antagonist that has an understandable objective.

Chavez, Doc, and the other regulators are all distinguishable protagonists. Also, they all are shown to be likable protagonists.
I greatly enjoyed the original movie soundtrack meaning songs made for the movie instead of mostly reusing existing songs, also I greatly enjoy the opening of this movie showed an unforgettable first action scene with the Regulators after the very unique credits that mostly look inspired by tv show intros.

Adventures in Babysitting
9/10
I greatly enjoy that this movie uses the romance song Then He Kissed Me by The Crystals in the intro has an excellent payoff because it gets reused with a perfect ending.
Anything in this movie should get explained is explained so it avoids the terrible writing cliche that is expecting the audience to understand a character's answer or conclusion without any important details.
The movie provides a strong explanation for why the Chicago Syndicate wants a certain Playboy instead of going to some location to buy that same Playboy magazine.

This movie has 1 climbing scene outside a Skyscraper that makes most people think that it's inspired by Spider-Man, the movie does a great job showing for a movie set in Chicago it was unmistakenly filmed there becuase of recognizable buildings, also the movie lives up to its literal title because multiple adventures shown in this family movie that has a babysitter Chris (Elisabeth Shue) as 1 protagonist.
This movie shows off the Marvel Super Hero Thor because Sara's favorite superhero unmistakable is Thor because she wears the Thor helmet, has a toy Mythical hammer, and has (Marvel) Thor items in her room. Also, she is shown reading a Thor comic book.
Also, 1 character greatly resembles Thor including the tall height, brawny body, long blonde hair, and he is shown holding a sledgehammer.

Mike Todwell is an entertaining bastard character that the audience will hate which is successful because of great writing. He has a great Red Camaro with the license plate So Cool which is a standout detail.
I enjoy this movie does have a character wearing a Cubs hat since I am a Cubs fan, also a red Ferrari is shown in multiple scenes since I love Ferraris, and red is my favorite color.
This movie is similar to Robocop because Chicago is shown as a dangerous city however it succeeds without hardcore violence because this is a Family Comedy PG-13 movie.
The comedy is well done without anything that I would view as offensive or painful to watch because unfunny.

This movie succeeds at using a variety of locations along with issues that can't just be easily solved, 1 main conflict that can't easily be solved, antagonists that have an understandable reason why they are chasing the protagonists, romance is not shoehorned in, distinguishable protagonists that all get a chance to shine in the adventure scenes so none of them are a frustrating useless protagonist.
Joe is proven to be a likable character, and he has a unique look.

The movie doesn't use any filler scenes, is entertaining movie start to end, good dialogue. Also, the Metropolis city Chicago gets shown off with multiple locations, memorable lines, a main issue that doesn't have an easy solution, entertaining antagonists, great acting, likable distinguishable protagonists, well-done singing scenes, entertaining dramatic scenes using heights, multiple adventurous scenes with stakes, romance that naturally fits in the movie, a satisfying resolution for a subplot, unforgettable satisfying ending, and a movie that finds the perfect scenes to use the romance song Then He Kissed Me by The Crystals.
All the protagonists are played by actors including Chris an 18-year-old played by Elisabeth Shue are believable visibly for the inferable ages of the protagonists.

Horse Sense
10/10

A great drama movie about Michael an entertaining irresponsible unlikable protagonist that learns the value of responsibility, and also about loyalty and love when he works for free for a month at his Cousin Tommy's Ranch in Montana which the movie provides a solid reason for.
The movie provides a solid understandable reason why Michael changes, and his becoming a likable protagonist is believable.
Matthew Lawerence makes a cameo appearance as a Cowboy in the Airport scene, and I noticed Brink a Disney Channel original skater drama movie is shown on the big screen tv when Michael is showing Tommy the tv and the high amount of movies.

The conflict is a financial debt flaw that can't easily be resolved, the movie provides a realistic understandable reason for why exactly the financial debt flaw started also got worse. I do enjoy this Disney Channel tv movie providing a strong believable reason for the realistic believable solution so that the satisfying resolution is not because of solid great writing instead of terrible writing.

Joey Lawerence is the right age that I could believe Michael is a 20-year-old man going to College which might be the unstated University Los Angeles, and most likely Tommy played by Andrew Lawerence is under 16 because no information that Tommy has his driver's license.
Tommy is meant to be the exact opposite of Michael, and he is a likable protagonist that enjoys the Rancher life, riding a horse, living in Montana.
The movie has a natural progression for Michael changing, and why exactly Michael is able to think of a realistic solution that he uses is believable.
This movie was made in the era of Flip Cellphones which was entertaining, the movie gives solid evidence that Michael is a changed protagonist that cares about being a better person that can make a desired change in the world.
Mule is an entertaining Native American protagonist that stands out as unique since a Rancher character is not a dime a dozen for a Native American character.

I'll need to write a review for Paparazzi this week which was the last movie I watched.

Young Guns is awesome.

It’s a movie that has an undeniable incredible climax that is most likely unlike any other Wild West Era Action movies.

I’m very surprised a Young Guns video game has never been made because the excellent technology in 2023 most likely the graphics would as incredible as Red Dead Revolver 2, cinematic scenes, open world style video game same as the Red Dead Revolver series and other similar style Action-Adventure video games.

I'm very excited for John Wick 4 mainly because it will have what I see in previews John shooting a gun while driving a muscle car, John killing adversaries in a variety of ways, and a different main goal for John so it won't be an unoriginal sequel which Die Hard 2 and Rocky 5 are because of reusing a very similar style story seen in Die Hard, and Rocky.
All 3 John Wick movies are unique movies even with repeating elements including John Wick killing foes a variety of ways, amazing action scenes, etc. Also all 3 John Wick movies are great quality which is a high bar consistent great movie quality feat which is why I would also be very happy if John Wick 4 is the last sequel because a favorable chance it's a great sequel, and John Wick as a movie series have no bad movies or terrible movies which is very challenging with more than 2 movies made in a movie series.

The first 2 Alien movies are great, and Alien 3 is a sequel that from what I know vast people hate because of strong factual reasons. While Alien Resurrection isn't as awful as Alien 3 it's not some great movie equal to Alien or Aliens.
Terminator 2 is greater than the first movie, and The Terminator is a great movie that has a lower budget than Terminator 2, however, it's still an irrefutable great movie with impressive special effects and practical effects that in 2023 are still great quality because James Cameron a great movie director had the big budget to make the best quality Science Fiction movie he had with the budget The Terminator movie had.

The quality became awful in Terminator 3 because of the abysmal retcon that the future is set in stone and can't be changed which completely ignores one main message from Terminator 2 which is the future can be changed.
Also, Judgement Day is inevitable which also makes Terminator 2 completely pointless because that completely ignores a stated outcome in Terminator 2.
I would be satisfied if this is the final John Wick sequel since his returning to ordinary life and living with a dog would be a satisfying happy ending for me. He could be a dog trainer for his ordinary life job.

Also, I'm surprised John Wick was never called the Human Grim Reaper because he's killed vast humans, most likely he's going to succeed if he has an objective to kill a certain foe, has killed foes in a variety of violent ways, and like the Grim Reaper aka a Force of Nature mythological character that doesn't show fear because it can't be killed.
While John Wick can be killed the same as other humans because he's a human bound by the same mortality as other humans in the John Wick movie universe he's still never shown fear of dying in any scenes in the 3 John Wick movies.
