I liked him in his prime but with the nagging injuries and age...he should just have hung it up....WRAP IT UP B

A good part of the reason he stayed hurt in Philly was the amount of double teams he received. He is not built to receive that much attention from the offense. Here he will be free to take the o tackles one on one and use his speed to beat them on the outside.

That is going to be one helluva d-line with KVB, Haynesworth, and freak. I really feel sorry for QB's more than anything

I am glad that we got Kearse back, but how long will he last? He is injury prone and we need him to stay healthy.

This would be a good move if he could stay healthy. But he won't and we'll be left with a huge hole on one side of the line.
I'am also think that taking VY might have been a bad move. I guess we need to give him at least another year.
With a Quarterback, it's going to take a good 5 years to discover what you really have.

It looks like we will continue to live and die by the run. QB play is not as important to us as it is to some teams. If we can get Vince to manage the game a little better and make the throws when they count we should be ok. As long as he doesn't play like he did last year. I think he realized that his rookie season teams didn't respect his athletic ability and by season two they were not going to let him pull it down and run.(along with a nagging injury) This offseason I think he realizes he needs to become a student of the game. I think he now has the right OC to help him with that. If he has not learned these things it is going to be a long year.

how bout a receiver that can make a catch when it counts?
