Tripe! Utter garbage! Anyone who partakes of a Nicholas Cage vehicle should be properly flagellated and their ancestral home burned to the ground and salt poured into the foundation! Doing it right?
It’s all arbitrary. There’s a disagreement so Huff to the flame like the proverbial moth!
No lil contrarian. Newt and Behr disagreed over Scott Pilgrim vs The World and YOU jumped in and turned it into Scott Pilgrim, Newt, Huff AND The World vs Behr and butchna except they don’t count. Satire confuses you but that makes you funny...unintentionally of course. Your thanks is unnecessary. Every time you participate is it’s own reward. You tried to mock me by going completely overboard with your sarcastic critique of NT3, but you can't be mocking me because I'm not going overboard with a movie critique. Behr is. That's what this conversation is about. You're mocking Behr. Thanks for your input.
Sample bias. It rates high among people who rate movies.Dude, you are so off on this one and it's time to give up. I tried to give you an out the other day, but now you've gone full buffoon. Take an L on this one and walk away. It's not some boring movie that only artsy fartsy snobs like, it's a near universally-loved cult classic. It's a weird, niche movie that somehow ended up with high ratings among critics and users on RT and users on IMDB. That's a fkn achievement.
You and Butchna can give each other double dutch rudders watching Hobbes & Shaw and leave the movie critiquing to literally anybody else.

Introduced my daughter to manga based on my limited knowledge from TV in the 70’s and she ran with it. Lifelong passion for her...I can take it or leave it. I like some quirky things dislike others or have no opinion either way...case by case basis. Love some big money franchises like Marvel...seen two Fast and the Furious movies (the original and Tokyo Drift)...no interest in the others. Loved Accidental Tourist and most Coen Brothers movies. There’s your nuances and character quirks with minimum or no CGI. No hard and fast rule to what we like. Sure it’s an age thing for some, but most prolly fall in line with me. Love Casablanca and the Graduate and still enjoy current movies. I like things that are cool and hate things that suck.Just that I could see enjoying the movie being based on generational bias. I grew up in the early video game/graphic novel word where this movie inhabits. I would not expect my dad to like it.
