The Georgia blueprint

Our player evaluation and development is the biggest problem.
Good lordt....stop. Now player evaluation is a problem? We're going head to head with the Georgia's, OSU's, Bama's and Clemson's. So if our player evaluation is off, then songs is theirs. The problem is that we're not elite at certain spots, but I digress. It is painfully obvious that a large part of our fanbase doesn't know ball. I've seen 12 year olds with more football knowledge.

Good analysis. CJH ran a great up tempo offense a couple of years ago but I don't think we're going to be able to repeat that with our current roster.

He ran that offense with a majority of players that he didn't have to recruit or develop significantly.

I think it's warranted at this point to question whether or not this staff is capable of developing the talent required to run the offense we had in 2022.

I didn't say the whole team. Do you think we did a good job evaluating Heard and have we developed him?

I mean we had a 2* Jaylen McMurray, a walk on Brooks and a 3* Telander all on the field at once and I'm not dogging them out but, how do you think the outcome will be against 4* and 5* offensive players.

Can’t run a hurry up offense if the QB can’t make quick decisions. Nico needs to work on his understanding of what’s going on. He’s taking too long to react to pressure in the backfield and seeing receiver cuts.
