My first crawler i built was an 86 Toyota cab chassis with Dana 60's on 42" IROCs. Man i loved that truck, wish i never would have sold it.
Second crawler i built was a complete tube chassis on Toyota axles and 37" Krawlers. Both crawlers had a laundry list of parts so i won’t bore you with it.
Right now I am into racing RC cars. Sounds lame but it is a lot of fun and much, much easier on the wallet. We will see what kind of interests my son has when he gets a little older, I would not mind building another crawler.

My son is four and already loves my Jeep. I hope that he continues that love and make the Jeep into a father and son project. He is getting a power wheels Jeep from Santa for Christmas. I can't wait to see the look on his face!!

I have before when I was younger. Now I am older and have kids with me when I go I try not to go on land I don't know. There is a place about 20 mins from my house that I go riding on now from time to time that is a hunt club and I have a friend that is a member so I know when they are having hunts.

That's usually what you have to do now a days... It really ain't hurtin nobody if its torn up land already.

I got lucky enough to find out a buddy of mine I used to play ball with had some land right by myself. It's a pretty good hole, and the ruts are deep. It'll be a fun experience.
