Rachel Kraus joined the Department of Sociology at Ball State in 2005 after receiving her Ph.D. from Purdue University. She also has a MPA from the University of South Carolina-Columbia. Rachel’s current research examines female-dominated leisure subcultures, spirituality and gender identity through a case study of people who belly dance in the United States. Rachel teaches classes on religion and spirituality, gender, research methods (undergraduate and graduate), and social psychology. Rachel was recently elected to serve as the Secretary of the North Central Sociological Association. In her free time, she enjoys belly dancing, swimming, theater, traveling, and spending time with her family and free-spirited yorkie.

Any girl/woman out there going all in on getting “skinny” needs to take a long look at the girl in the top 3 pics. That is the absolute perfect shape of a female.

And that’s accomplished in the weight room, not by strict diets.

I took a “long look“ at her yesterday and enjoyed it so much came back for another “long look” today
she must have spent lots of time in the “weight room” focusing on her ”Gluteus Maximus“ muscles
