The Gonzaga Loss...

I'd like to see UNC-Louisville meet up late in the tournament. I think that would be a nightmare scenario for the Heels.

No argument, but assuming there aren't several teams out there who will match up with them reasonably and drill them on an off night is crazy.

I doubt anyone is going to "drill" this team, but I do think they'll lose a couple of tough contests when they're playing below average and their opponent most likely is playing at home and shooting the lights out.

they might not get drilled, but Roy has his mentor's tendency to gag at very inopportune times.

the only real nightmare scenario for UNC is getting beat by Duke in the tournament - at any point in the tournament.

My take on it: if you make it to the Final 4, you exceed or meet expectations. You can set goals to win it all, but don't expect anything more than the FF. By that point, you've got 4 excellent teams supposedly all playing their best (or near best) basketball of the year. Different venue, different pressure. Different focus. Different media attention. At that point, it becomes a toss-up btwn those teams most of the time.

UNC is overrated tho.. i think UCONN, Louisville and maybe a couple months from now Tennessee and Georgetown could beat them

It's tough to call this UNC team overrated. They are the best and most complete team in the country.

Even Danny Green has been killing it.

agree, I don't really see anyone else playing this well right now. They are certainly a notch above everyone else as of right now.

I think UT would be lucky to keep it within 15 at the end of the game if they play today.

Yea right now they seem to be but they are one of the few teams in the country that have basically everyone back from last season.. Come tourney time every good team will have everything together by then and teams such as G'town, Tennessee and Louisville with young studs will give UNC a run for the national championship

At no point this year will Tennessee have a prayer against North Carolina.

If they reached their full potential defensively playing UNC it's a ticket I'd pay handsomely for to watch that match-up.

If this startin 5 that started last night reached their full potential (defensively) would you still say so?

not the ones who started last night but with a full developed starting lineup of Maze, Hopson, Woolridge, Tyler, Chism with the addition of fully developed Negedu, Woolridge, Tatum, Williams and Tabb coming off the bench, i would almost be willing to say that UNC wouldnt stand a chance...
