The Goodyear Cotton Bowl: #9 Missouri (10-2) vs #7 Ohio State (11-1) (8PM ET, ESPN)

You could have more easily justified late hits on Shrader on two of his carries that series.
Yeah, didn't see those. Just walked in the door, got one eye on the tv and packing for a trip. They made the call. Technically, he was OB. The replay says that probably doesn't get called most of the time. Might have been a make up call.

He’s earned it this season. Basically was a .500 coach his first three seasons and he needed a big year and he delivered.
My insiders at mu told me that he was going to be fired if he didn't beat ksu...and he still almost screwed it up.

I have no idea how they are drawing that talent.

OSU is missing some folks, including their best player.

Missouri is a high energy team with pretty good offense and good defense. However, their demeanor would suggest they think they’re better than they are.

Ohio State is a team deserving of a ranking in the range of 1st through 7th. Missouri belongs in the 8th through 15th range.

I expect Ohio State to pull away in the second half because they have more talent and Missouri’s impressive record does not include a win against a top 10 team.

Ok

Mizzou can and will get some good pieces but they’ll never recruit consistently as well as TN, let’s be real.
No but if you can coach them up you can beat the teams some years that out recruit you. I can’t believe Heupel is bringing Banks and Willie back in 2024.

Can't believe I'm wanting Mizzou to win this. Can't stand them being in the league, but it doesn't suck to watch OSU go down in flames. Still feel like I have to take a shower for pulling for Mizzou. Just makes me feel dirty.

Missouri has been easy to dislike. I have to admit I like what Drinkwitz has done though. You could see them getting better each year. We should normally beat this team but they seem to have a solid team that could be tough for a few years.

I’m turning it in. While I hate to see chicklets turn in such a good season, his team earned it. And OSU takes a loss from the SEC. Not Bama or Georgia…but Mizzou.

Like I said before the game, no matter who loses, it’s a win.

Is the announcer really going to ignore the tight end pushing the pile five yards? Not to take away from Schrader, but the TE made that play.
