It only gets used about twice a year. We've all got a few of those wedding presents, right?

We all have random dishes and what not that hardly ever get used.:) We could probably start a thread about random things laying around in our houses that never get used.

Here's one: candle-heated butter ramekins. Only used with crab legs (about once a year, usually for Christmas night), but pretty dang handy when needed.

I've found a ham that should be good to go on Christmas day,the question i have,is I'm going to be smoking it on Saturday and taking it up Sunday, should i cook it all the way done ? or take it up to Kingsport and finish cooking it there ? it is a 90 minute drive to get there and i have to be there before noon :)

Looking to do some type of beef roast on the smoker to feed the family visitors over the holidays.

Any ideas?

a beef tenderloin, put a little bourbon, honey and soy in a ziplock bag and let it marinate....then put on the grill
