Guess the fact that Hunter pretty much missed the whole year and Bray was hurt most of it when Wilcox was here had nothing to do with our record that year.

There is only one stat that matters and that's wins and losses. DD took care of that issue for us even Wilcox couldn't help him.

with average Big East Talent to boot....doesn't bode well for our SEC schedule unfortunately.....gonna be another head banging season with 4-5 wins max...maybe 1-2 Sec wins if we are lucky....But..

Come on man. Its not difficult to be positive and upbeat when u have it set up for u to smack out of the park. Also the guy seat isn't warm or near it. Dooley pretty much sat in a warm seat from day one until this fan base flamed it up with all the Gruden crap. Everything and everything the guy did was escalted cause it was one step closer to getting Gruden per sources.

Its not that hard either when the previous guy did all the grunt work for 1.2 mil less than u r getting. CBJ looks like he is doing well at the moment but thinking its all good is premature. Look at Hoke at UM. First year 11 wins (which would be great) than a drop off. This is the SEC too not the big 10. People need to be cautiously optimistic but not to the pt where they get their hopes up so high they bring down the house when it doesn't go like they thought. Just go back to last spring all the way to this past season as a clear example.

Yes there are more coaches that could walk into the situation that CBJ walked into and succeed than coaches that could have handled the situation dooley walked into. That's my opinion that's all...
