They feel like TCU a couple years ago, always escaping but will get beat down by some SEC team lol
I just hope they don’t go 12-0 and then lose the Big 12 title game. Odds are they still get in along with whoever beat them. That conference is not good.

Yeah that would suck. Best case is they just win out including the championship because every other big 12 team has two losses

I’m rooting for someone not named Tennessee to have to go to Boise for a playoff game. Penn State perhaps? Maybe a Bama or Ole Miss?

Maybe. But they still had to drive the field and they did. Gonna give them some credit 🤷
Because they got a ticky tack foul after game was over basically without that game is over none of that happens.

That would be pretty crazy. But if a 2 loss Big 12 team wins the conference it’s certainly possible

Utah AD called out the refs lmao I’ve been wanting someone to do that forever so mad respect but the call was there still imo so whatever haha

Right now Boise has 1 loss, by 3 on the road at the number 1 team. They also are the only team to beat Washington State and they won that game by 21. If they finish strong I could see them hosting a team like Penn State if PSU were to lose a game they shouldn’t but still make the playoff. We shall see!

Again though, did you see a replay that showed a clear penalty? The commentators said it was clear but that means nothing as they say that pretty much no matter what.

Great kick by that kid.

He definitely had a hold on him. It's not a phantom penalty, but it's also one that could have been let go.

In the 4th quarter, they called 3 penalties on BYU (2 judgement calls, 3 if you consider the illegal procedure a judgement call) and only 2 other calls against Utah (false start and delay of game), so if the refs were there to win it for BYU, they forgot the assignment.

Yep. UTK said he saw a better replay that was clear it was a penalty. Good enough for me.

It's such a bad look. Complaining about the call is whatever, but under no circumstances can you ever utter the words "it's not fair" and he did. Questioning having joined the Big 12 was the cherry on top. Bro is an unhinged fan, not an AD

BTW, there were 13" left when BYU committed the 1st half-ending false start. Not 12".

It's so funny to me that the rule is 10" runoff unless you only have 12" and then 10" are 12"? Makes no sense. If you can snap it and spike it in time, then who cares if it's 2" or 3"?
