what are you going to put it on

I like Arizona Gunslinger

I've mixed it into chili, taco soup, jambalaya, and stir fry (my bowl only, obviously). I also made a great dipping sauce for some gator nuggets using the ghost sauce. A little goes a long way, that's for sure! If you can dilute them down enough to tolerate them, the peppers have a very distinct flavor. I'd like to get some fresh ones, so I can deseed and devein them, as that's how I cook with habaneros.

my son and I both like Cholula as well.

regarding Tobasco, I agree with others, it has too little flavor and too much heat

I ate a ghost pepper once (whole) On a bet.

My wife's coworker grows them and sends me some home on occasion. They are good, but damn they are warm.

How about on the way out
Have to go sit in a tub of ice

Yes sir. Along with a Xanax and a six pack of beer.

Eating hot peppers like that are good for you really. I read a study that stated that men who eat raw hot peppers, were less likely to get prostate cancer. It reduced the chances by 80%.

My ******* is burning just reading some of this.

We always took Tapatio with us when we went out to the field. I think it should be sponsored my the Marine Corps.

I like a nice balance of sweet and hot personally.

Out to the field?

When I worked the farm I kept a bottle of Louisiana in the truck for my Bologna sandwiches. I've never tried the tapatio. Think I'll pick some of it up and the green Tabasco

There are few things I love more in this world than hot sauce! Got 30 bottles of stuff in the collection currently; tried hundreds. Here are some notables:

Crazy Ed's Cave Creek Chili Beer Hot sauce
Found this one in Key West, but it can be had online. If someone forced me to pick just 1 favorite, this would be it. Made with fresh carrots, selected red peppers, fresh onions, key lime juice, garlic, and salt. Medium level heat that let's you know it's there but doesn't numb the tongue.

Blair's - Anything Blair's is good, high quality stuff. Highest I've tried is After Death

Marie Sharp's Firey Hot Hab - Great heat, great flavor

Bellycheer Gourmet Hab - Found this one at a Firehouse Subs; good mix of spices - decent heat

Lottie's Traditional Yellow Barbados Sauce - Excellent Caribbean sauce I grabbed in Key West

Melinda's Ghost Pepper Sauce - one of the more tame ghost pepper sauces out there; it will still kick your arse though. Good flavor - really you can't go wrong with any Melinda's sauces

I've tried some of the crazier stuff. Dave's Insanity is overrated, IMO. Dave's Ultimate Insanity will hurt you....twice. As will Mad Dog's Revenge - my son pranked me with some Revenge and that was about as lit up as I've ever been.

I love Cholula. I tried it at a mexican restaurant and fell in love. I eat it on pizza, sandwiches, Chipotle bowls, and even just crackers or chips sometimes. Can't get enough of it. I like the amount of burn and the taste of it way better than the other big name hot sauces I've tried. Also, it doesn't burn on the way out like some hot sauces do to me.

If you like cholula, give tapatio a try.

Despite the novelty name, Al Gore's I Invented Hot Sauce is pretty good.

El Yucateco (someone already mentioned) is good stuff.

My favorite mainstream sauce is Sriracha; it's so versatile. You can using it on almost anything.
